structBrowse now available on the sandbox

I am pleased to announce the release of the structBrowse tool on the conStruct demo sandbox. This new tool is another example of the use of a structWSF web service endpoint within Drupal’s conStruct module.

This new beta tool (the user interface is to be upgraded in the coming weeks) lets conStruct users browse different local and remote datasets that live in different structWSF instance(s).

The browsing experience happens by adding filtering rules to the dataset(s) available to users. Three categories of rules currently exists:

• Filtering by Dataset
• Filtering by Kind (type)
• Filtering by Attribute (properties)

A user can browse these datasets by adding and removing these rules. Here are a couple of examples showing you the structBrowse tool in action:

• Browse all the records of the Sweet Tools dataset
• Browse all the "social software projects" of the Sweet Tools dataset
• Browse all the "social software projects" that have a "review" (on Mike's blog) of the Sweet Tools dataset
